Refund policy

At Lee’s Performance, customer satisfaction is important to us. Most new, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is the result of our error — such as receiving an incorrect or defective item — we will also cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

To begin a return, please contact our team with your order information and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
